Tournament SetUp Instructions

Click Register

Here you will create a New Account. This is the required info needed to continue:

-Email Address
-Create User Name
-Password
-Confirm Passord

Once you decided on info to Use click (CREATE ACCOUNT)

On the next screen where it says Account Holder you will add your info (Coaches) Once that info is submitted you will be taken to the next screen that will which will ask:

"WHICH BEST DESCRIBES YOU?"

This is where you will click I AM A COACH.

The next screen is labeled ADDITIONAL PROGRAM POSITIONS. MAKE SURE TO CLICK:

You will then see the Head Coach option Click Sign Up and the press continue.

Next screen will ask you to confirm your decision to be Head Coach Click Yes. At the next screen press continue.

Now will you be asked you enter all of your personal info. Once all info is submitted Press continue. Scroll down on the Next Screen and press continue.

Now you are at the Order Summary , the $102.00 registration fee is solely to cover referee fees that will be split amongst the participating teams. We are a nonprofit organization (meeting that all proceeds go directly to the funding of the event for the children). click continue.

On this page you will need to enter you card and billing information (this is your ticket into the Tournament) and the press continue.

Once you have completed purchase you will be taken to your User Dashboard. Here you will press Volunteer Opportunities. On the next screen you will see a tab that reads "Visit Team Page" click that link. Once on the next page, you will see a roster tab click that. Now click the tab that says "Manage Roster Invites".

Enter the parents emails so that they can register the players for you. REMEMBER TO HAVE A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND A PICTURE OF CHILD AND OR I.D.. FOR REGISTRATION AT TOURNAMENT. CHECK IN WILL NEED TO VERIFY INFO BEFORE BEING GIVEN BRACELET FOR COMPETITION. MAKE SURE TO SHOW UP AT LEAST AN HR EARLY BEFORE YOUR GAMES ON SUNDAY JULY 14TH.

HAVE PARENTS REFER TO THIS SAME MANUAL WHEN REGISTERING PLAYERS. MAKE SURE THEY CLICK THE TAB FOR THE TOURNAMENT.
